Booking & payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is submitted via the VillageAway M-Pesa Till and manually verified by our team. Until verification, your spot is held but not guaranteed. If a trip is full, bookings are placed on a waitlist and confirmed as spots open up.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are shared directly with you at the time of booking. Reach out to our team as early as possible if your plans change.
Travel with children
Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and wellbeing of their children throughout the trip, including during any supervised childcare moments built into the itinerary.
Changes to an escape
Itineraries are thoughtfully planned but may change due to weather, availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We’ll always aim to keep the spirit of the trip intact.
